Airdrie Synchro Aqua Stars is a recreational Artistic Swimming Club in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada. Our full-time swimmers train 4 hours per week at Genesis Place in Airdrie.

Our season runs from September to May, with evaluations  in early September

Our swimmers perform a minimum of 2 water shows per season, with professionally made show suits (additional fees apply).

Swimmers need to be able to support themselves in deep water but no prior synchronized swimming is required.

Swimmers need: black bathing suit, nose plug, swim cap, and goggles

Practice schedule: 1/2 hour of dryland training, 1/2 hour in the lane pool for conditioning, 1 hour in the dive tank
